you can call me axenfree. i am a twenty-something year-old autonomous system comprised of many disparate parts, currently living on the eastern coast of the united states. i make art and play video games and daydream about the end of capitalism. occasionally i dissasociate. my pronouns are she/her and it/its.
about this site
this website is hosted on a raspberry pi sitting in my bedroom and acts as a git repository and a device to tinker with on occasion. i'm still a very novice programmer; there are a lot of basic things about computers and networks i don't understand. i made this site both because i have wanted one for some time, and because the best way to learn about how something works is to try to do it yourself. i self-host because i dislike layers of obfuscation and middle-men, and i wanted to learn about web infrastructure. the site may not have much right now or ever, but i do plan on keeping it around and adding things as i see fit, when i've the energy to work on them.
the pi runs armbian_os and the site is hosted on apache. if you want to see the source code for some reason then you can do so here.

i'm pleased you want to speak to me, but it's a work in progress. i would prefer e2e-encrypted communications for privacy's sake, and i've yet to set up an avenue for that. i'm also just not enthused about handing out my email or setting up a forward at the moment. sorry!
